Delivery & Returns

Please note due to the global pandemic shipping and delivery times may vary. We are shipping orders on a reduced schedule of 2 days a week. We still aim to dispatch your orders as soon as possible whilst staying safe. If you have any questions regarding deliver please feel free to drop us an email at hello@hannahprattclothing.com

Shipping

All our designs are hand made in house (except printed items) by Hannah Pratt. Handmade items take up to 5 - 7 business days to be created and dispatched. Please leave a note at checkout or email hello@hannahprattclothing.com if you need your order sooner than the standard delivery time frame and i'll do my best to accommodate you.

Free UK shipping is available on all orders over £60.

All orders will be sent via Royal Mail postal service using a tracked & signed service where applicable. For delivery times once dispatched please see below:

Tracked UK Shipping: 1-3 business days

Tracked EU Shipping: 3-8 business days

Tracked USA Shipping: 5- 10 business days

 Tracked Res of World Shipping: 10 – 20 business days

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

All customs, duties & taxes are the responsibility of the customer. 

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Please email hello@hannahprattclothing.com to request a refund/exchange and you will be informed of the return address. 

Important notes: 
  • All items must be returned in the original condition, undamaged, unworn and with security tags still attached were applicable. 
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable and cost of return shipment is the responsibility of the customer. It is recommended you use a tracked or insured service to ensure your return reaches successfully as Hannah Pratt Clothing is not liable for any packages lost in transit.
  • If you have requested an exchange you will be charged for the postage of replacement item.
  • Once your return has been received your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
  • Custom orders are non refundable
